1:1 Genealogy Consultation

$97. Before getting knee-deep in research, we provide 1-hour consultations to assess current progress with your genealogy journey and determine the best roadmap forward in constructing your family tree—beyond mom, dad, and the grands. Available through phone call, Zoom, or Google Meet.

2

Done-for-You Genealogy Research

$497. Includes a 1-hour kickoff call to gather known family information, 10 hours of deep dive research to uncover your lineage, a shareable digital family tree that you can distribute to your relatives, and a Family Genealogy Binder complete with source notes and document references. Additional research hours available upon request.

3

Status Correction

$350. For many Indigenous people, the paper trail says Black, Negro, Colored, or Mulatto — but the bloodline tells a different story. Status correction is a legal process facilitated by our Aboriginal law specialist, that formally recognizes and corrects your racial classification from Black to Indigenous, honoring the full truth of who you are and where you come from. A $50 genealogy screening is included.

4

Land Patents

$1,500. If your family member's name appears on a land patent, that document may be the key to reclaiming what's yours. This service is for individuals who have already located their land patents and are ready to take the next step. Our Aboriginal law specialist will review your documents and guide you through initiating an heirship rights claim — the legal process of establishing your standing as a descendant and asserting ownership of ancestral family land.

5

Irrevocable Trusts

$1,500. Your ancestors fought to hold onto what was theirs — now it's your turn. An irrevocable trust is a powerful legal vehicle for protecting your family's assets, land, and wealth in a way that creditors can't touch and outside parties can't undo. Our Aboriginal law specialist will walk you through the entire setup process, helping you build a legally sound foundation that keeps what's yours in the hands of your people — now and for generations to come.

6

Revocable Trusts

$1,000. A revocable trust gives you more flexibility to manage, adjust, and protect your personal assets during your lifetime while ensuring a smooth, private transfer of wealth to your loved ones when you pass, without the delays and costs of state probate. Our Aboriginal law specialist will guide you through the process of establishing a revocable trust, so that your legacy is protected on every level.

7

Property Tax Exemption

$1,500. As an Indigenous heir, your relationship to the land is unlike anyone else's — and the law recognizes that when you assert your rights. With this service, an Aboriginal law specialist will help you establish and apply for a property tax exemption, potentially eliminating one of the most persistent financial burdens of land ownership.
